Douglas Community School is running a Sport Psychology course for coaches, managers, players & athletes. The Psychology of Sports Performance course is designed to assist individual & team coaching and the individual performance of participants by applying mental fitness techniques. Tuesday 8.00 - 9.30 p.m.
Duration 10 weeks
Cost €90 Junior A Hurling - On July 18th, a very wet and misty evening, we played round 3 of the Junior A championship V Castlemartyr in Shanagarry. We played against the breeze in the first half after winning the toss and settled reasonably well. Castlemartyr scored two points early on from play and from a free before we replied after 4 mins with a free from Shane Healy.................click here for more Junior B Hurling - On July 24th we played our Junior B championship round 2 game V Cobh in Cobh. On a fine evening for hurling we started well and had the better of the opening exchanges without yielding a score.
